Do you sell Apple Mac’s?

We do no not currently sell Apple Mac’s ourselves, though we can advise and procure them for you from local partners in South Africa.

Is this a drop-off service? Where do I send my Mac?

We can arrange a variety of ways to service your Mac. We do call-outs, drop-offs, pick-ups, etc. Contact us and we will work out the best solution for your exact issue.

Why can I not just ask my friend, or go to a retail store?

You can do that, but Mac Help specialises in offering excellent service, advice and help to you. Personal and professional service that is efficient. Retail stores can often make you wait in a long queue, or not give you the attention you deserve. At Mac Help, you are a valued client.

Is it expensive?

We don’t think so. Our prices are well within industry standards and you are welcome to query them with us.

What other services do you offer?

Besides assistance and consultation on everything Mac related, we also consult and design on website and blog development using WordPress as a CMS.
